Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with original tags attached.

- Clothing: unworn with all tags and packaging intact
- Fragrances: unopened and sealed in original packaging
- Accessories: unused, undamaged

- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Washed, worn, or altered items
- Fragrances that have been opened

1. Email returns@razzaqluxe.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 24 hours
3. Pack items securely and ship to our address (return shipping is the customer's responsibility)

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. COD orders receive a bank transfer refund.

We offer size/colour exchanges subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
